You often do John, thanks for that. You stick to the 28 mm with your GEAR. Even if the Q has great possiblities to be able to shoot at 35, 50 and 75 due to his high amount of MP. The Q could be the ultimate weapon but way too expensive for me ! I'm still wondering why Pentax made the GRIIIx. The focal is 40 mm. Why the hell choosing between 35 mm and 50 mm. I would have considered a GR if the focal was 35 mm

I'm wrong about this John. HCB used mostly 50mm lens on a 35mm system (a full frame). He never used a 35mm lens on his Leica. How can I explain and fall on my own two feet? Well as I shoot with the LCD, let's say that it's kind of shooting with a 50mm if I had to shoot with the viewfinder!
Yeah up above, HCB is mocking me and awaits me to have a little discussion :)
Who the hell did use 35mm so, except Meyerowitz ??? Why this focal became so popular?
This Thailand trip wasn't supposed to be any street one. I was able to optimise all the time I have to produce some work. And frankly this is the place to be for street photography.

Man! There’s some fabulous photography in that blog post!
Number 1 and 2. Then the architectural shot with pigeon and man. Next the gestures shot, someone right of frame with hat and laniard. Next the black and white with the view and the gesture of the girl pulling her hair, sublime. The last photo is genius. Speaking of which I think HCB used a 50mm, I’m often wrong though.

Gwen is right, there’s a new camera coming for sure. A lot of talk about gear and how you don’t have G.A.S. says to me that an X100 is imminent. "The lady doth protest too much, methinks" a line from Hamlet by William Shakespeare, I think we can use it here!
